Order food on the 14/04/2024 some of the food was missing half of the chips was missing when I rang them up got verbally abused over the they don't listen to what the customer says. So I left it them rang them back in 15/04/2024 and said I want a full refund for the items that was missing then they said the delivery man with the items of food that was missing sent them back with delivery man not happy with what is being done here taking it further.

Don’t deliver on time. Waited 1hr 45min after several phone calls which they promise 5 min and then put the phone down on weather your mid conversation or not. Very very poor service - Will not be using them again

Not good tonight. I order a lot from here and I look forward to it every time. However tonight the chicken on both wraps were so dry we could not eat them. The chips were nice but the main part of the meal which was the wrap was a complete let down.

We ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and a barbecue rolla meal, which arrived cold, the fries were sloppy, the barbecue rolla tasted awful, and the burger's salad had brown spots. What should have been a ten-minute drive that took more than an hour. Overall awful encounter; not recommended

Terrible customer service. Horrible staff that can’t speak English so you get passed around the whole team trying to sort out your issues. Given me the wrong order twice in one week and argued with me after I had to come all the way to the shop to rectify their mistake both times. Don’t order food from here, you’ll regret it. It’s annoying because their food is good but the delivery time and the lack of accountability when they’re clearly in the wrong is insane. Stay away from goodys’

We placed a order and when we received it. It was not what we ordered we ordered kabad and chips twice and when it came they sent chicken kabad and chips there was just a few bits of chicken which was dry and horrible it was a disgraceful. and the kabad meat was dry and they sliced it so thin you could see through it. all in all it was a disgraceful we phoned the shop and the man was not polite we told him that the order was wrong and he would not listen to us and he hung up on us so we will not be ordering from you again plus this is not the first time has happened to us so we are not happy with your customer service
