Always good quality when buy in the shop or order via phone for delivery. This was first time using the online ordering and really impressed as came within 5 minutes or so of estimated time! The food was hot, fresh and really lovely! Had leftovers today and still as nice. The meal deal was great value too. Happy household!

I placed my order and paid online. When the food arrived the driver told me I hadn't paid. I then had to find money to pay for my order. Last few orders have ordered a vegetarian pizza and paid an additional £1.10 for fresh tomatoes\t on both occasions they have been missed off.\n\nI also requested spicy chips yesterday and was delivered plain.\n\nI think this business has real potential because the service and food quality is of a good standard\t however unless they start to read the actual order requested properly then I feel they will lose business because customers are not receiving the correct orders.\n\nI have also had on previous orders where the meal came with rice and specifically asked in the comments box ‘No Rice’ and still got it and had to pick around.\n\nLike I say this business has real potential if they just focus more on the accuracy of what customers have ordered and in some circumstances paid additional charges for. Attention to detail is everything and will help retention of loyal customers.

I always buy the Maramis Special Grill for two as it comes with lamb chops\t as we wanted more chops we order those too. I was deeply disappointed that we got leg chops which were overcooked and very chewy. At least the dog had a good feed\t as that what they good for. This will certainly curtail my options for a good kebab in Castleford as I will no be ordering again.

We order regularly from these guys and the food is absolutely spot on each time. We're actually starting to become a little worried we may end up a pair of 30 stone heffers we love their food so much. Honestly\t best takeaway in the Castleford area...maybe even the whole of England! Would recommend them to anyone! Always happy and helpful and polite too.
