Christmas Eve we decided to hold an early party with the neighbours and kids. Ordered 14 different meals at 5:00pm thinking it would be busy and take at least 90 minutes. I was given an ETA of 50 minutes and was pleased when it arrived at 60 minutes. The food was hot and very tasty. Great sized portions and good value for money. I had never been to Pomey’s before but delighted with the service and quality. Will definitely be back. Another good point is using feed online rather than delivery apps was the delivery charge. ????

I placed an online order through the website, 30 minutes collection slot been given, when I reached there they said we haven't received any order, luckily I had a screen shot of my order and I had to wait another 45 minutes but not received an apology, The attitude was like I made a mistake even with an email confirmation. I received my order after 45 minutes but the bottles of drinks were missing. Sorry the attitude was rude and a disappointing customer service.
