Absolutely awful customer service. This was my second order from the same company within a couple of weeks and on both occasions, the order arrived with food missing. On the second occasion, 2 full meals were missing. When I rang up, I was told driver was on his way back and would be 2 mins. After 30 mins, I repeatedly tried to call and my call was ignored. Eventually called back on an alternative phone number and called was answered immediately. I asked for a refund and was told food would arrive in 2 mins. 10 mins later food arrived and I sent it back. Other order was then cold and was put in the bin.

Normally very happy with the food however received 1hour and 50 minutes after ordering and ended not enjoying the food. Very disappointing.

Not much, if any peri peri beef toppings on my pizza. Just cheese and green chilli. You do a good pizza deal at 4.49 then don’t give the 3 toppings on it. Am very disappointed. I gave 3 stars as it was nicely cooked and chips was nice with red salt.
