TERRIBLE SERVICE! Never ordering from them again!! My order took twice the estimated wait time and the driver called me to go pick up the order “under a bridge” where that wasnt my delivery address. Then they got rude at me when i called as turns out they forgot my chips. I heard someone in the back literally calling me insults and then they hung up on me and never picked up again as they just ignored me. They were late, they literally stole money from me and then called me insults and just stopped picking up the phone! Just go to your local takeaway shop, ordering from these amateurs definitely wasnt worth it and i would never order from this mid food place.

Order placed at 00:50. Estimated delivery time 01:30. Time now 03:00 and Ace of Base saw more of a sign than I have a sign of my food! As I have no delivery, the food tastes like fresh air and isn’t very filling. The service was poor as I’m pretty sure Will Smith came into contact with more people in I Am Legend than I have done since placing my order. Can’t comment properly on the delivery as if nothing is delivered, is nothing delivered early? Nothing is all delivered but everything or nothing is late? Maybe it was delivered bang on time but as there’s nothing there I can’t pinpoint the time! Tried to call the shop to query my delivery but the line was engaged more times than J-Lo has been. Email already sent requesting a refund. Call yourselves Eat n Grill?! Say you deliver fast?! The only thing fast is is the diet you’ve decided to put me on against my will! ‘Starve And Grill (your own cheese on toast after waiting an eternity for us to deliver)’ seems a more apt name! Although I’m not certain it would fit along the top of your shop window I feel there’s a good chance it will as charging £20+ for a small order and taking over - up to now - 100 minutes to deliver it suggests you have more front than Blackpool Promenade! Only order from here if you’re happy to wait until the cows come home before they’re then slaughtered and turned into your desired burger and delivered to you on a bicycle with square wheels and flat tyres! At this rate my full English breakfast will be here in the morning before I get my supper!

Ordered £59 worth of food as we had a celebration with family I recommended ordering from this place as pizzas are lovely and fresh every time I have previously ordered. But unfortunately most of the food was wasted. The doner meat was like chewing on a belt it was that dry!! and the chips were like chewing cardboard and needed going under a sun lamp they was that white. Also the children couldn’t eat the pilau rice as they said it was spicy (why I don’t no). The only good thing was the pizzas and they went down a treat along with the chicken tikka wrap just need to look into why your kebab meat is so dry and start cooking the chips to a eatable standard I won’t be ordering again so that’s your loss unless I here from youse with gesture of good will as we had unhappy adults children ……. So far Has Never disappointed me this place for food. If your having it in the evening or for a family late night snack there food curry’s pizzas kebabs are always hot delicious with fresh produce Thanks again. (Ordsall)
