Once again someone didn't read my order, I asked for no veg on one of the dishes and again I got veg. I also ordered extra Yorkshire pudding and what I received was very burnt Yorkshire puddings, I also ordered extra roast potatoes and what I got was uncooked roast potatoes that were so hard it broke my knife( my knife actually broke) . The only items I managed to eat was the chicken and mash potatoes, and they were barley warm.
I would like some kind of response to this please from the management.

I ordered 2 chicken dinners and 1 apple crumble, i got a phonecall stating they had no chicken left and would i like anything else...i choose beef!
When my delivery arrived there was a note on the box..they had no apple crumble but gave me 2 apple pies 1 brownie and a tub of custard and ice cream= BONUS

When we placed the order I asked for no veg on one of the food, it arrived with veg, We also ordered extras which we didn't receive, food was luke warm, but edible. Driver pulled up smoking around our food.

I use di's diner alot but I won't be going back after the order received today at first I thought it was just the breakfast which was all over the carrier bag and they happily replaced but when I opened the 2 kids meals there was tomatoes in the beans so my kids wouldn't eat it the pop was also missing from the kids meals and when I opened my meal most of the chips were burnt along with the cornedbeef pattie this was after waiting 1hr 30 mins for it to be delivered

Hubby could not believe the size of the Yorkshire pudding\t but loved it. My korma was the best Iâ??ve tasted and the home made chips fantastic. All finished off with fruit crumble and custard wow. We shall be checking the other menus this week !

Chicken dinner\t there was no skimping on the chicken and my granddaughter had pork dinner. It was delicious. I would love to say we licked our plates clean but there was so much of it\t enough for a little fry up for supper and the desserts\t well that was tea. Never disappointed with Diâ??s Diner ....thatâ??s why we come back time after time xx

My first Sunday lunch from Di's Diner left me well impressed. Delivery was fast and the food was hot and very nicely presented. There was a good selection of veg and great portions of each. The chicken was tender\t tasty and plenty of it. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I will be happy to order again. I like the convenience of being able to order and pay online and found the overall cost very reasonable. Excellent all round.
