Contacted restaurant after 30 minutes had passed after due arrival time to see where the order was and was very disappointed with the customer service, was patronisingly told “it’s okay darling” when trying to find out the ETA on the order and then the call was terminated. The food was freezing cold when arrived. Lamb shawarma was exchanged for chicken shawarma and £2 was given in a takeaway bag rather than processing refund for the unavailable item.

always fabulous - tasty, healthy and great sized portions, never had bad food from there either via takeaway delivery or collection. well wrapped too so it arrives hot. good value
