Placed my order and was contacted by “Bens” as they couldn’t fulfill one of the dishes. But, was then told that I would have to pay any difference in the prices (thumbs down) Waited patiently for my delivery, only to find that a main dish was missing. It then took me almost 10mins to get through by phone, to which had to wait again for main dish to be delivered. So 3 out of the four people ate while the 4th had to wait again for their food to arrive. For a first time online customer, food was very enjoyable and tasted great. As for the service we received, sorry guys, but that was far from great and lacking. Would I use again…..yes, would I order online…….probably not

I was a regular customer but I ended up finding I'd been blacklisted by the restaurant for leaving a negative but fair review after a really bad experience where I waited an hour and half for cold food with items missing and no interest in the staff to rectify the situation on the night. They eventually compensated us for the bad order (but only after I had got in contact with the owner myself) and I got the original 2-star review deleted which was only fair. Due to this I was planning on giving them another chance and made an order only to find out I'd been blacklisted, explained to me by whom I assume was the manager in a very irate manner. What a counter-productive way to run a business! There are too many other choices out there and I now have found another regular takeaway who I am extremely happy with, along with some of my friends who have also been put off by our poor experience.

Fast delivery and our favourite veggie pizza...you can keep pj's and domino's, this is the nicest. 2x10 inch pizzas are plenty for 4 people...plenty of toppings and good size portions of sides. I knocked off a star because they've twice forgotten to include fries in the order which is a bit annoying. But in general my family would recommend it ????
