Balti cooking owes much to China, where it resembles the spicy cooking of Szechuan & Tibet, famous with moghui emperors for its aromatic spices of Kashmir, the taste is both simple in its cooking & yet complex in its flavours. Balti cooking swept Britain in the 90's as tandoori did some 20 years ago. Special mixed contains chicken, prawn & beef.

Food always lovely, but you would think the chips plus sauce they have a shortage. Always about 5 chips in plus really dry. I always ask in comments for plenty of sauce as wrap always dry but never get it. This hasn't just been once this is every single time I have ordered hoping one day things may change
