Food was delicious as usual The only negative was the delivery time of over 1 & 1/2 hours so I decided to collect 45mins before. Didn’t get the £2 delivery charge refunded oh and a portion of Keema Rice missing

Food arrived hot and on time but the naan bread was black and badly burnt to the point you could snap it. Curries were ok but the meat was very dry. Onion bhajis were very greasy and fell apart when you got them out of the container. Such a shame because this place used to be a go to for us, we won’t be ordering again in future.

Been ordering from Bay of Bengal for a number of years now and always been lovely but sadly it seems to have gone downhill. The last few orders we’ve had have had items missing. We ordered tonight and the food was awful, most of it went in the bin. The popadoms were soggy as if they were yesterdays, we received no onion salad, we ordered mango chutney, didn’t get any. I don’t know if they’ve changed chef or something but it’s not nearly as good as it used to be. Will be ordering elsewhere in future ????

Having had a few delicious takeaways from here, tonight's was a fiasco! I ordered the food online, it came ... the rice was missing, so I phoned & told them, they said they would get 1 out no problem. Put the rest of the food in the oven to keep warm, went to put the salad bags & raijita out for the tandoori meat & neither were there. The rice turned up & ate what we had but no salad etc spoilt it. Just under £33 spent & not happy!

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery and when arrived poppadoms all smashed up, everything cold (thank goodness for microwaves) and had to ring up as no sauces that I paid for, would have let it go but this was the second time this happened

Forgot to put my chapati in but other than that, it’s usually fresh and tasty. I order a lot from here. Last time they forgot to cook all my naans and chapatis so had to wait ages and the fish starter (plus anything in a batter) tastes like it’s been reheated but most of the time, it’s nice. They don’t skimp on paneer or chicken.

Although the food was very tasty, the portion sizes appear to have significantly reduced. The delivery was quite poor too, we were given the usual 1 hour time slot, however when the food eventually arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering and it was so cold we had to reheat it, hopefully you can improve the delivery side of the process
