This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which food and drink is listed on this website (Products) will be supplied by the listed outlets (the Outlet) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products through this site. You should understand that by ordering any Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products through this website.


This site is operated by ActionPrompt Limited (we). FeedMeOnline.co.uk is a trading name of ActionPrompt Limited. We are registered in UK under company number 06529599 and with our registered office Aire Place Mills, 141 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS31JJ.


This site is only intended for use by people resident in those areas specified in this website. We operate this website to enable you to buy Products from the Outlet of your choice


By placing an order through this site, you warrant to the Outlet you have selected that:

(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

(b) You are at least 18 years old.

(c) If you are purchasing alcohol and appear to be under the age of 21 you will be required to prove that you are over 18. Only the following forms of I.D. will be accepted: Passport, Photo Driving License.


By submitting a review to our site you are agreeing to our use of it on our website and in our printed broadsheet under the following conditions:

4.1 We reserve the right to edit your review as we see fit.
4.2 We may decide not to publish your review. This would be at our discretion, but might be because it's too long, has too many typos, seems suspiciously biased one way or another, or just that it's not the kind of thing we're looking for.
4.3 You agree that your user name will be displayed in conjunction with the review you publish.
4.4 We cannot publish legally actionable statements about things of which we have no direct experience, for example, allegations of food poisoning or physical violence. Food poisoning is a very serious matter that will need to be taken up with the restaurant itself and possibly the City Council.
4.5 Occasionally people or organisations contact us asking to use our reviews. If someone else wants to use all or part of your review, we will try to let you know using the contact details you have provided. If we can't get in touch with you, then be warned – we may go ahead and allow them to use it anyway! We ask you to submit contact details with your review. This is to help us verify your review is genuine and because we might need to contact you. This could be because we want to invite you onto the official reviewers list, or because a venue would like more details about something you mention in your review. However we will not give your full (real) name or contact details out to anyone else without your prior permission.


Once an order is placed, you will be provided the option to cancel the order up until the point of acceptance from the Outlet. You will not have any right to cancel an order once accepted by the Outlet.


The Outlet´s goal is to deliver or make available on-time i.e. delivering at the time it quotes. Unfortunately factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent the Outlet from achieving this. The Outlet cannot be responsible for late delivery.


7.1 Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card to be charged as specified in this website or by cash paid to the Outlet on delivery or collection.

7.2 Action Prompt Ltd is the contracted entity for all Card Payments. Action Prompt Ltd handle all aspects of the Card Payment process. Any queries regarding Card Payments such as Refunds, Chargebacks or any other customer service related issues should be directed to Action Prompt Ltd and not the Outlet. Action Prompt Ltd take full responsibility for the liability and responsibility of your Card Payments not the Outlet.

7.3 If Payment is by credit or debit card then the order is only charged once the takeaway accepts the order. However before the order is sent to the takeaway we need to check and set aside the available funds in your bank. This is to ensure payment can be made upon order acceptance. This is called a deferred transaction. The money will not leave your account it is just set aside from your available funds until the order is accepted. If the order is not accepted there can be in some instances a small delay in this returning to your bank account. We reverse all transactions upon them not being accepted however due to how the banks and card processing companies work it sometimes does not happen instantaneously. Contacting a your card issuing bank usually will speed this reversal up. We have no control over the length of time these reversals can happen. By placing on order on our platform using a Feed Me Online Website, Feed Me Online App, Partner App or Partner Website you are accepting that if your order is not accepted you may be without the funds until the card processing company and bank have reversed the transaction.


8.1 The Outlet´s liability for failing to deliver Products of satisfactory quality or otherwise breaking this contract is limited to the price of those Products.

8.2 Any complaints relating to your order should first be directed to Action Prompt Ltd. We are responsible for all customer service.

9. Competition

9.1 Terms and conditions apply. Orders must be placed via the Feed Me Online website or app. Payment must be made via card. A maximum order value of £30 applies. The winners will be picked at random and will be notified via email. The promoters decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

9.2 All entries for a Social Media competition must be done so on the respective Social Media Platform.

9.3 No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are illegible, delayed or damaged electronically during the competition.

9.4 There is no entry fee unless otherwise stated. For our free takeaway / food competitions, a transaction will need to be made (via credit/debit card only), which will be refunded after the winners have been announced.

9.5 Winner details will be announced via the Feed Me Online UK's competitions respective Social Media Platform.

9.6 Prizes are as stated, are not transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

9.7 Entries to all free prize draws must be received as stated by the closing date specified.

9.8 Feed Me Online does not take responsibility for any food / prizes that are damaged in transit or collection.

9.9 Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
