Food is nice but delivery is shocking. Never! on time, usually 30 mins late each time. Tonight had driver turn up, muttered something then just walked away from me without handing any food over. Rang up and he had given someone else our order so had to wait another half hour for ours to come.

Kebab luke warm even being cold in places. Same as margarita.
Was 10mins late and rang up to find out update. Was told just just getting bagged up then. Recieved over 30mins late.
Garlic bread and chips lovely just a shame about the rest.

Usually fantastic, but the past few month have been very hitty missy, the food tonight was not only nearly an hour late even after I got told the driver had just left it still took 30 mins after and food was cold. But to be honest most times when I order the food Is fantastic, hot and cooked to perfection so mamas house will still be my go to takeaway

Didn’t get my free garlic bread.
Didn’t put any sauce in my wrap when I asked in the shop for chilli so I couldn’t even eat it.
Had to wait another 15 minutes past the collection time because the wrap hadn’t even been made.

Food arrived lovely and hot and delivered early. Pizzas fresh and tasty. Chips nice. Delivery driver friendly. Would definitely order again. Very impressed. No signs of any grease from pizzas or Chips which is always a bonus.

Terrible! Ordered for collection and when I got home the order was wrong! Rang up about it and was told to bring it back to the shop or if I wanted it delivered I’d have to pay, despite it being their fault not mine? Not helpful at all and went in the bin, rude blunt service I won’t be back.

This is for my order tonight on 18/05/22 I left my comments in chefs notes (as this was only option) on your new app for a free 10 pizza and delivered for 19.30 it came at 19.10 with no pizza i have rang the shop and they say i didnt add a comment. Which i did in only place available chefs notes. Little disappointed after spending £30 on order

We ordered two kebabs with all the trimmings. I cant praise the meal enough.
The garlic sauce was lovely - strong and smooth. The chilli sauce had a lovely heat and texture to it. Plenty of variety on the salad which was fresh and crunchy. The chips were really nice.... not frozen cardboard chips you can sometimes get. They were fluffy in the inside and crunchy on thr outside. Perfect. And finally, last but by no means least, the kebab it self was lush! I had fried onions with mine which was an amazing addition! Will definitely go back, best kebab I have ever had!
