Dreadful experience. Ordered at 9:15 with delivery said to be at 10:05. Started calling at 10:20 to check where it was and was told on its way. Called again 20 mins later to be told again it was on its way. Called again 10 mins after that (we only live 5 mins from the restaurant). Was asked to get off the phone as they were trying to contact driver and then they never answered the phone again. Even drove to the restaurant just after 11 to pick it up and the lights were out. If they couldn’t fulfil the order they only had to say. I ended up cooking at home at 11.30 at night as had hungry people to feed.

The food was very good. Delivery was on time. One very small issue was that I thought I ordered 3 poppadoms and only two arrived. And I wasn’t going to phone up to ask about one.
