waited over 30 mins after the estimated delivery time rang up to chase 3 times , first 2 times they told me it was on it`s way and would chase the driver. When the food eventually came it was quite hot so don`t believe what the chap on the phone told me was true food was OK but not good enough for me to rush back

The order was meant to be be delivered for 7 54 pm at 8 25pm the food turned up after 2 calls to the shop complaining and asking where the food was and both times got the same answer "it's on the way it will about 5 to 10 mins away. The food was cold when it arrived but by then we were to hungry and annoyed to complain about the quality of the food.

Food had obviously been stood for a long while. Cold and wet, the underside of the breadbun was just a soggy mess stuck to the bottom of the box and the chips were totally inedible. I won't be ordering from here again
