It's a dry, refreshing house sake with umami flavor. This sake is not only dry, but also has a delicious flavor that can be enjoyed. Alc Vol: 14.5% ood paring : sushi, sashimi, Katsu and teriyaki. This sake can be serve from room temperature up to 50-55°C.

KISHU NO UMESHU (Plum Wine)

Mildly sweet flavour that is refreshing and easy to drink. Served on rocks or mixed with soda. Alc: 12%. This plum wine keeps the pickled, fully ripened plums in its bottle. Sweet and tangy flavours, always serve well chilled.
