The food was nice but the bottle of pop is 3 months out of date.. and when i phone to tell them they all of a sudden can't understand me or they hang up and ignore my calls!

Food here is usually really good, but this time the chicken was too greasy, tasted of oil and had no seasoning. Just plain fried chicken. It was cooked well and nicely crispy, but the flavour was missing its normal southern fried taste. Disappointing and far from the usual standard

Came on time, nice staff and all the food is very nice and value for money, we order regularly from this restaurant. However there is a negative, sometimes when I am ordering through the goody chicken app it says restaurant busy, does not take my order and takes my money. This does need to be sorted. Thank you

Delivered cold, pizza crushed into its box and ruined. Refused to resolve, called us liars at it being cold and hung up the phone saying nothing could be done. Awful service after years of loyal custom. Will never return here now. Shame as we used to love the food and service but it's gone down the pan lately

Customer service is none existent. I phoned them up cause they missed the chips of my order but they were just saying I have to order again to get them. After them putting the phone down on me 4 times, I gave up. Won't be ordering from there again

We normally order earlier in the evening and the food has always been fantastic. Unfortunately tonight it was quite a bit later than the estimated delivery time and had clearly been sat for a while so wasn't as good as normal. Lesson learnt I suppose about when to order and when not.

I am very disappointed in my order tonight. I placed my online order at 18.25 and estimated delivery was 19.25, I called the shop over 40 times and been down to the shop to actually collect my order and it had just been sent out with the driver the time when I arrived at the shop was 21.15. I got back home before my delivery even got to the house. So I called the shop to ask where it was, I was then told that they would call the delivery driver to see where he is. I did not get a phone call to tell me where my food is, food was delivered at 21.30 and also cold. Not happy as I am a regular aswell.

the pizza delivered had no pepperoni on I ordered a pepperoni pizza with an extra spicy beef on . no pepperoni whatsoever. the mixed kebab had dry inedible Donna meat on it very disappointed not every often goodies get it wrong but on this occasion the meals were not good.

Rubbish! . Half of my order was missing. I called the shop and they told me they would sort it out. 1.5hrs later food cold called shop again. Still no sight of rest of order being delivered. In the end i had to go to the shop to complain as still didn’t receive the rest of my order!

Chicken was very dry today and not edible. Inordee from here a lot and its normally nice food but today it wasn't, the wrap was burnt which is becoming a commen thing amd I had no mayo which I requested
