Got a phone call so say they were out of the cookie dough ice cream and to see whether I would be ok with another flavour which was fine. But they sent an employee out for more so that we got our full order exactly how we ordered it. They go above and beyond and the food is always delicious.

Order was late, tried to ring the shop a few times but no answer. The delivery guy apologised and told us they’d ran out of our ordered drink so sent a replacement. That’s fine. But one of the meals that we had paid extra to go large was very disappointing. Hardly any chips in the meal to start with, let alone a ho large portion. the ones we got were soggy and not very nice. Chicken was dry and very small pieces. Such a shame because we usually love the food from here but this order has put us off for the future.
