Food was great however the online order didn’t go through the system properly. Denos tried ringing them to no avail so had to wait till we arrived to collect our order to find out what we had ordered so they could cook it! As a result waited well over an hour for our food. Denos were good enough to compensate us with some free food & a bottle of Coke despite it being the online order systems error.

Ordered online & told 90 min delivery. Tried to ring the takeaway twice to see what the delay was, but no reply. Actually took 2hrs & 15 min to arrive with no explanation or apology. The food is always excellent but It's such a shame that the delivery service let's it down so badly. ??

Food was spot on BUT we ordered online at 6.30 and was due at8.05 never turned up so I phoned the shop no answer and called the online company TWICE told really busy Food turned up at 9.00 no apologies what so ever very bad service need to get there act together or stop online sales if busy
