Ordered from here a few times always been ok but yesterday waited 3 hrs for food phoned up to be told it was out for delivery 1 hrs nd 20mins from Ordering it ,then 1 hour later still no food phoned again to be told they where putting it out now so it will be hot came half hour later just warm nd wasn't even a dumpling it was a triangle piece of pastry very disappointing.

I ordered my lunch at 12 noon and it took over 2 hours to be delivered (2.15 it arrived). Will not order from them again as this is not the first time this has happened, thought I would give them another chance but nothing has improved. Driver apologised and said that he had been doing deliveries from the Washington diner then was told to go to Hetton to do deliveries from there. Certainly not a Merry Christmas!

It was the first time, I’d had a Sunday Dinner from here. It was a lovely dinner. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the lack of meat. I felt there should have been a larger portion of meat given the price paid for the meal.

My 2nd order this week. Rated 1* waiter for and received over 1.5hrs later - Stone cold, tasted v.bland, roast beef- only a wafer thin slice on a adult portion. Mashed potato- lumpy and dry. Puddings- stodgy. Very disappointing and not value for money.
