The burgers ordered were really well cooked, had loads of flavour and packed really well. Our only issue was the chips. Again, really well cooked with loads of flavour, but we’re going cold when delivered. I don’t know how they can sort this, and overall it was lovely, hence 4/5.

Great buns, the lettuce was a bit wilted but that could have come from the delivery. The fries were a meal in and of themselves and will go on my must do list

It's worse than it was when we first tried it. Fries were overcooked and too crunchy, burgers a bit dry, and child's drink missing. Not the first time either, when something is missing.. Feels like going down the hill a bit

Chicken strips were overdone and dry, burger needed more seasoning similar to the chicken burger I previously ordered that tasted like it had no seasoning at all.

Very disappointed, had the loaded fries before and was extremely impressed. However this time when they arrived they were nowhere near the same quality and even missing the spring onions and seemed like it had been thrown together quick as possible. The chicken strips had little to no sauce on too which was disappointing. Such a shame as the first experience was very good and it’s quickly gone downhill.

Unfortunately the quality of service is going down as the last two orders the burger was cold. They need to get faster delivery drivers. Tonights delivery took 22 minutes from text to delivery I live 4 minutes away. Burger was cold and looked like it had been thrown in the box or shook around by driver. I have been a happy customer from literally day one but the last two orders has ended that to expensive for poor quality & slow delivery. Its as if they can't keep up with the demand now which is a shame. Time to find another take away as will not be wasting my money there anymore.

Gorgeous food, came shortly after ordering and did not disappoint! Burger was delicious, alongside the chicken tenders and milkshake. Fries topping was generous and quite tasty, not a massive fan of fries usually so was surprised I enjoyed them.

It's a shame as the first few times I ordered, the food was outstanding but the last 3 orders I have made it's been terrible! The loaded fries were good but the 2 sets of chicken strips were that over cooked they were burnt and black in colour and with just a table spoons worth of sauce to cover them up, left them inedible. I will not be back!

The burger was quite bland, didn’t taste like it had been seasoned. The portion of dirty fries was huge and piping hot, but the re wasn’t a great amount of topping.

Nice food and speedy delivery, chips still need some work as always tend to be a bit hard in the middle and soggy on the outside . I think a little less sauce would help with the sometimes sickly factor also. Maybe smaller amount of sauce and add some in a little pot on the side for customers.
