Estimated delivery time 19:43 - actual delivery time 21:20. One of the chicken dishes had no chicken in it - just sauce. Won't be ordering from there again.

I have never had a problem ordering direct. It is now 2045hrs. This platform is rubbish! I’ve been waiting +20mins since eta after ordering at 1857hrs

Epic fail. Usual enjoy great food and delivery service from Rana. The delivery was 2 hours late. I phoned when it was 30 minutes past time and was assured it was on its way. Fifteen minutes later got a call to say there was no lamb and was chicken OK - agreed and was told it wouldn't be long. When food finally arrived it was warm not hot and the naan were leathery and tepid. Not what we have come to expect will certainly be looking elsewhere for our next takeaway.

Very difficult evening for Ranas after a power cut however ordered online at quarter to 6, attended as agreed at quarter past 6 and waited until 7.15 for my food. Chaos in the kitchen and front of house staff run ragged. Frustrating to wait and see various delivery orders go out when I, like many others, were waiting for our collection orders. Very disappointing.
