I ordered on the app food was to arrive about 8:13pm at 8:30pm still no food I called them to be told he set off 10mins ago food finally arrived at 8:40pm and not piping hot to then find part of my order missing and incorrect drinks at 9:15 pm the rest of my order was delivered …I wish I had ordered on just eat so I could of complained and been compensated

Ordered it was due at 9:30ish got to 10pm rung the shop, we got told it had been sent, waited another 15 minutes rung back for us to be told that they don’t know what’s happened cause they sent it, but they’ll send us another so we didn’t get our order till 10:50 so was passed it. The quality’s gone down hill massively, we used to order all the time but the past 3 times was shocking, but we decided to try again, this time wasn’t as bad as the last time when we finally got it, charging you the same price for gravy but have now halved the sizes of the tubs and only fill it half way.
