I gave pmd you regarding this order, unfortunately with items missing and the onion rings and chicken being burnt hopefully you can rectify this, not sure if chefs have changed but it isn't the first time an order has missed items or been over cooked/burnt

The kabab meat was to dry and didn't taste good the burger was to dry and the cake was ment to be a gautto cake but it wasn't it was a Tesco birthday cake I won't be ordering from here again and I will be telling family and friends not to order out there either

I order from these guys a few times a week.. never once had an issue or been unsatisfied with the quality of food I've received . However tonight I had to call becase my pizza base was undercooked , the base was doughy and chewy. A quick call and the gentleman on the phone arranged to resolve the issue on my next order. Great service , exceptional delivery speed considering I'm not in holbeach

I have ordered several times and have been extremely impressed with the quality of the pizzas . Last night I ordered and was impeccable, however tonight I ordered pizzas for the kids. Both had a very nasty aftertaste , pizza wasn't anything like last night's , barely taste the tomato base , slightly overcooked. I'm just lost how I've received two very different pizzas comparing the order last night to tonight's. Service wise , was very swift at delivering and I'm in a village just outside there area. Am a little confused with delivery charge but never questioned it , on just eat it states delivery is £1.80.. it sets delivery to £2.50 once you reach the checkout . Should probably make that a little clearer on justeat. Hopefully next time the pizza is back to it's usual quality

Totally messed up the order. Ordered a chicken combo box with chips and CHEESE and a pepsi and they sent Lamb (not Chicken) NO CHEESE and a pepsi MAX. Ordered 1 piece fried chicken and they sent 1 piece of piri piri chicken . Won't be using again ...

Food was a hour and half late. After excuse about traffic in town even though I live a 5 minute drive away .I don't drive finally recived for it to be stone cold. Rang again 2 hours later still waiting for food Not good and do not use this delivery service.
