Food is excellent. But delivery was 30mins late. I recommend doing the honest thing and just letting customers know. Then we will not sit waiting\t frustrated\t because it's so late. Also £2 delivery charge (another takeaway on the same road are free!) We ordered 6 pizzas and side and got a tomato sauce dip free (a little stingy really!)

I placed my order and was informed it would be with me in half an hour\t after one hour and a half I had to call the restaurant to ask where our order was. It arrived shortly after my call with no apology. I ordered a thin based garlic bread within my order\t it was very thin and burnt in the middle\t so it just crumbled when we picked a piece up. It is such a shame as their pizzas are the best we have tasted! This isn't the first time we have had a disappointing service\t my last review was glowing but complacency seems to have set in and it has been downhill ever since. Next task is to find a new takeaway.

Order arrived in a timely manner\t piping hot\t and exactly as ordered. The pizza was absolutely delicious\t as was the garlic bread\t the cans were cold (unusual when coming from a takeaway I find)\t if I had to nit pick it would be the onion rings were a little soggy\t but don't let that put you off. I would definitely recommend Pronto Pizza and I WILL be using them again. Thanks guys!
