The food came 10 minutes early and delivered by a nice friendly young lady. Food was perfect. Plenty of it and great taste. We asked for a pizza with no tomato (allergic) which was superb (4 cheeses) and a small cheesburger which was huge. First class all round. Thanks

Waited over an hour no food rang got told be least another 30 min so drove down which is only 5 min drive to be told it had left the shop so drove back and food still not arrived. 20 kin later it does no apology no nothing. After long wait for food it was cold and just hot binned.

Quality of my pizza was very low standard,I'm not one for leaving a review, ordered a pepperoni hot, unfortunately it came quite cold,after trying to reheat I managed 2 slices and the rest went in the bin

We’ve Been a long term customer of Massimos and a huge advocate. However tonight I had half of my order missing and the woman on the phone blamed me for it. She insisted that she definitely packed the items and insinuated that i was making it up. The driver confirmed there was missing items as she had the receipt and she knew what she had just given me. In total I was missing chips and kebab meat, 1.5litre of coke and a garlic dip. I’d appreciate a refund please.

Was nice,but not as nice as normal. They have changed their pitta breads, (not nice) and again they didn't give me the extra garlic sauce u had ordered. I had even sent a message with the order to remind them to include the extra sauce I had ordered. ????

Was told my collection would be ready in 25 mins arrived 25 mins later and no order, which in fairness could see it was busy, another 20 mins later my order was ready only to discover it was the wrong order, I went back to change the pizza and another 7 min wait and apologetic staff, only to get home and find the wrong kebab in the bag. The staff were apologetic about the mix up with the pizza but to get the other main meal wrong on my order also was not happy at all, usually Masimos has been good but annoyed that for quite an expensive meal that the order was wrong again, and had to wait an additional 40 mins in total after the original order was due to collect. Has put me off returning, the food is generally pretty good, find the prices a bit steep but don't mind so much for a decent takeaway, just frustrating that the order was wrong once, to get it wrong twice not great
