On collection of the food the person serving me was very friendly and explained that he cooked fresh so nice and warm. Really friendly and was taking care with what he was doing. On receipt of the boxes we felt they were very small in the first instance. We unloaded the boxes and there was more than appeared at first, but still not what would we consider a normal amount for a kebab. However as it is all in one box the salad included in the box had wilted and the chips were then soggy. The lamb doner looked undercooked. There was no crispy ness to it. It just appeared to have needed another 3 or 4 mins of cooking. I had the mixed kebab. The chicken was cooked well but was full of herbs. Too much for my taste. It overpowered it all. Unfortunately we decided that we didn’t want to eat the food. It wasn’t what we expected. We binned it and went to another establishment. I’m not seeking a refund. It’s no fault of the place or the server. It just wasn’t what we wanted. Others have reviewed well which is why wanted to try it. Just not to our liking unfortunately. The website needs pictures of what your are ordering as it is deceptive. All the best to the establishment going forward.

Excellent value for money. Not greasy filled to the brim. One of the best doner kebabs I’ve had. Delivery took 45 minutes and was nice and hot when it arrived. Fantastic, keep it up Phoenix Kebabs

Big potato one, very tasty, quick delivery. However presentation was poor as all salad on one side of wrap and all meat on the other. Very minor issues, happy overall.
