2nd time in succession that order was late and when arrived food was cold. Chips cold and stuck together and burger buns soggy and fell to bits. Food was cold as cheese on burgers had solidified well the little bit of cheese there was on them. Mushroom dippers cold and oil had solidified on them also. Afraid won't be ordering again.

This place used to be the best. Went tonight and it was awful. Pizza had hardly any kebab meat on it. Large kebab and chips is nearly £6 and there was a handful of kebab and a little mix up bag of chips stuck together and freezing. I know prices are rising and quantity might be less but not the quality too. Overpriced and poor food.

Ordered food and was given a 60 minute eta for delivery phoned when order was 30 minutes late to be told that ours was the next order out and it shouldn't be too much longer, rang again after another 30 minutes to be told the order had just left and was on it's way.......26 minutes later it arrived chips barely warm fish so greasy the batter was stuck to the paper, mushy peas OK ish and the waffle was clay cold. 2 hours 26 minutes, £25 and food that was barely edible as it had to be reheated is not great. Fobbed off on phone with usual "sorry we're extremely busy blah blah blah" haven't ordered for quite a while as had same issues previously but thought things may have improved, sadly this is not the case
