After 2 hours and 2 further phone calls I finally got my food. 3rd time this has happened now in the last few months. When you ring they say they haven't received the order and then they read it back to you so they obviously have. Need to get it sorted. Only seem to have problems when ordering through their app!

Barmcake was hard on the edges. Don’t know who made the milkshake but I felt like it was still a tub of ice cream as it wouldn’t come through the straw it was that thick

Waited 1hr 20mins for food to be delivered. All parts of food were stale & cold. Sent wrong burgers however they did deliver the right burgers but had to wait 40mins for that to be delivered and again stale & cold.

Ordered a meal that should come with chips and paid extra for another portion of chips, when our order came there was no chips in the bag, rang up the shop to be met with a very rude man on the phone who was insisting he put the chip in the bag!! There was no chips why would I lie over 2 bags of chips!! At the end of the call he stated they would send out the missing chips. Still waiting for these chips to arrive 12 hours later!! Will not be ordering from here again

We ordered 4 pizza meal deals.we only ever order vegetarian pizza and one come with pepperoni my daughter couldn’t eat this.£9 wasted very disappointed an not right a bad mistake

The idea of Cheeseburger Pizza sounding amazing but was a bit disappointing, simply burgers under a cheese pizza. The mixed kebab: Donner was good but the chicken was bits of shredded chicken and would have preferred bigger chunks of chicken, the Nan was not very authentic more like a Pitta. The chips where good. This was our first time and used the 25% off which felt like we got what we paid for, if we had paid top price this would not have been worth the money especially since you don`t get anything free which other places offer. This is not a critical review just an honest one what we found.

Placed order at 22:50 and food didn’t come until around 00:10 even though it’s only a 10 minute drive from where we live. Once our food came, the pizza was half burned and cold and hard. The chips tasted like it had been refried. The donner kebab was like rubber and the naan bread tasted old too. Unfortunately not one bit of our order was good or edible so had to throw it away. Not a good first experience sadly.
