Fantastic hot food , was slightly later than delivery time , but due to road works and how busy the driver said they had been understandable , missing my curry sauce, rang up and they dealt with it straight away by offering It to be knocked of my next bill They always read the notes I put on the order so fantastic service , fantastic food

Great food. Arrived a little late, but nice and hot. It was nice that they refunded the money for an out of stock item even though it was substituted. There were more chips than we could eat, so it would be good to have a small option on the meal deals

We are a very regular customer of Bartons and have always been delighted with the service, delivery and quality of the fish and chips. Unfortunately on this isolated occasion although the delivery was swift and the order correct the fish was poorly battered over cooked and felt that it had been in the warm display cabinet too long. It did not seam to have been freshly cooked and hot enough for home delivery. I am sure this will be an isolated occasion. We look forward to our next perfect order.

Really not good at all, I've ordered before and it's been good but today ordered at 17.42 with a estimated delivery time of 18.42. I had to call twice to ask where it was and it finally arrived at 19.40- two hours after I ordered. The food was freezing cold and really inedible but at this point my children where hungry. This has put me off ordering again in the future.
