I ordered what I thought was from westbury shop. I went to collect goods 20 min before allocated time to be told the order had gone to Warminster shop. They rang for me and i spoke to a very obnoxious man who, even when i explained the error wss feedmeonline they would not cancel the order. It was 20 min before collection was due. More than enough time. I had to forgo the collection as obviously i couldn't get there. So i spent £13.20 for nothing and in a pension i cant afford to lose that money. It put a complete dampness on what was supposed to be a good night out watching westbury light switch on. I would like you to sort out a refund for this amount.
