Order got cancelled after an hour as they ran out of food. Still waiting on an email to confirm the refund. Don’t usually have a problem when we order from them and love the food which is why we keep coming back.

Back on form. We really like Saffron but unfortunately the last order was just ok. It didn’t put us off and we ordered again, and it was spot on. Good quality hot food, delivered before the estimated delivery time.

Not as good as normal to be honest. I wasn’t going to make an issue but as this opportunity to leave a review came up, I will. Firstly the order was processed and delivered in good time - well before the estimated delivery time, but the food wasn’t anywhere near as good as it normally is. The mains were both very bland and tasteless, and the side that we ordered was only half a container full. In the past we have always been very happy with Saffron and this won’t stop us ordering again. Must have just been an off day. It happens to the best of places.
