Restaurant hadn’t sent my delivery until I called which was already 10 minutes late, asked to cancel the order but was told it was already out. Took another 30 minutes to arrive. Arrived cold and soggy chips. Naan bread was all smushed and hard.

First time using this place. Ordered at 18.10, expected 19.10 and arrived at 19.40 so half hour late. However, food was piping hot and extremely tasty so am still giving 5 stars as the delay was most likely because it’s valentines and everyone eating in. Will definitely use again for sure.

Was recommended desi flame by a friend as we haven't enjoyed an Indian take away in a while. We have now found our new go to place. Food was amazing, service was excellent. Food arrived on time and still hot and fresh. Very happy customers ????

Am really disappointed to leave this review as we have used these since it opened and have always enjoyed the food. We pretty much order every week. Not sure if there has been a change of chef or ingredients but none of the starters were edible, spicy kebab was not cooked through, chicken pakora batter was not cooked. Poppadoms bent in half and naan bread was also not cooked properly. Curry was tasty but as the accompaniments were not able to be eaten feels like I've spent a lot of money for not very much. Maybe it's because we normally order on a Saturday and this is what the Friday food is always like?

Not very happy with our food looked like the two curry’s was half a portion ant the chicken and mushroom curry was extremely salty and the chilli chicken curry was very salty and bland this is not what we expected from you as we are very regular customers and have recommended you to lots of friends but I’m not happy to have paid £20. For two curry’s for them to go into the bin

We use you regularly but the last few times haven’t been the best last night order was over an hour and half waiting food came two curries was squeezed into the box the lip popped off in the box and most of the sauce was in the box all over everything and in the rest that was in tubs was much chicken feel disappointed with this

I asked a lot from them as instructions and they did a great job of it, made it more homemade desi style and they didn’t go wrong at all, the tarka daal was delicious and lamb curry home made style was great too, I am pleased to have a good Indian curry house local to me.
