We have been ordering from Burger Town since it opened and never had a problem, however today the fries were undercooked and swimming in oil, so bad that it had leaked through the bag! Has this place had a change in ownership?

I've ordered a number of times from Burger town. Staff have always been very polite & friendly & go out of their way to provide good customer service. Food is very good for the price. Gernerous portion of fries. Do not scimp on sauces like other establishments. Overall well worth spending your money at Burger town.

1st time ever ordering from here and will definetly be ordering again i had the quad burger with algerian sauce and was proberly the juiciest burger i have ever eaten the sauce was nice i did not realise when ordering tho that when i clicked large meal their was a secret 'go absolutely huge' button! i recieved 5 medium mcdonalds style fries and onlu managed to eat possibly 2 out the 5! they where lovely and crisp though and not overly salted the milkshake i ordered was amazing not too sickly and creamy balance was great. Thank you for such a lovely meal which arrive d fast, hot and absolutely delicious!
