The food was not up to the usual standard, my King Prawn baltic appeared to have been made with dried shrimp and the sauce for both mains looked and tasted like generic curry sauce with no real depth of flavour. I hope it was an off night :-(

Easily the best Indian takeaway in Blackburn. The food is tasty, fresh and full of flavour. It's great to find an Indian takeaway where the dishes aren't swimming in oil. Definitely our go to Saturday night place to order from. And the portion sizes are great meaning we've spare for the day after. Highly recommend.

Really tasty fresh food. We used to order a veg curry from elsewhere which was just made up with frozen veg. Healthy Indian uses veg which is freshly cooked and tastes amazing. (Possible query on the sliced carrots though, can't be sure they're not frozen, but taste amazing anyways) Chicken pakoras and veg pakoras are amazing, and a lot less greasy/oily than you get from other takeaways. Chips are great, and if you're a lover of garlic, grab a garlic chapatti, fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic food, the peppers and onions in the Bhuna Masala were exceptionally fresh and perfectly cooked, not overcooked like many other takeaways. No layer of oil on top of the curries unlike the all the other takeaways that we have tried. Our favourite place to order from.

Amazing food and always is. They are normally early or within a couple of minutes of the time. This time a little late but very polite and apologetic so can't complain.

First time takeaway from here after leaflet drop.\nFood arrived circa 20 mins after original time stated. Food arrived 30 mins later than estimated. Meat samosa starter arrived without any salad or mint sauce unlike previous occasion and the pastry wasn’t as crispy\t very disappointed. Both main meals and bread (lamb rogan josh\t lamb samber\t peshwari naan) very nice.

1st time ordering from here..\nI got a low calorie chicken tikka masala. it tasted very nice but was quite watery\t maybe due to no or very little cream.\nother half got a mixed bhuna masala\t he said it tasted nice\t similar to his usual aji bargi. We also ordered meat samosas\t onion bargi's\t garlic naan's & chips. Samosa's were nice and crisp\t naan bread was very small for the price\t a bit dry but was ok. The onion bargi's were soggy and dripping in oil\t not very nice. The chips also soggy and very dark\t we didn't eat these.. looked like oil needed changing and wasnt hot enough. \nI dont think we will be going back\t after spending nearly £30\t it was a disappointment.

Thought i would try the low calorie King prawn biryani\t wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was\t definitely not greasy. Could have done with more prawns but still very good and the sauce complemented it well. Arrived in half an hour too which was great. Will definitely try here again.

As this take away is advertised as a healthy Indian with non of the added butters etc.. I was worried the flavour was not going to be there .. well wow I was so wrong this is now my go to Indian take away it was absolutly beautiful even down to the simplest thing of chips ( home made ) and delish !!!
