Didn't send chips with one of the meals rang up and they acted as if we hadn't even ordered , happens every time wont be ordering again

I ordered at 8.30pm on a Tuesday evening. At 9.30pm I rang up to check where the order was. The person on the phone did not fill me confidence asking how did I order? Was it just eats? Was it deliveroo? I ordered on their own website service. The food was delivered at about 10pm. I won't be ordering online again as they obviously have too many online services to check them all.
