The food was lovely, however, I am disappointed to say the service was terrible. We ordered collection online and it was around 40 minutes late despite pre ordering a couple of hours earlier and ringing the resteraunt to confirm collection time. We had two incomplete meals and rang the resteraunt who stated they would send it within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we rang and they said they were sending the rest of the meal, at that point the half we had was cold so they expected us to eat half a hot meal and half a cold meal. They offered to remake the whole meal but said it would take longer. Staff stated it would be easier to get a refund, however, we wanted the meal. A further 30 minutes past and nothing, we rang again and ended up having to get a refund, via feedme, hopefully this will come through OK. The staff seemed apologetic but noone seemed to know what was going on. The customer service was terrible and its a shame as its a local business that we would like to support. Does not seem there are enough staff.

Absolutely beautiful we ordered the munchie box 2 and mixed meat pide and all was fresh and delicious. Just like you would get on holiday. Even down to the salad and bread will definitely be returning

Arrived late, chicken was dry, rice was more like cous cous, salad was totally different to last order, like a bistro salad from aldi, lamb and chicken came together, not good for those who cannot eat lamb, backlava was very expensive for 4 pieces, I hope this goes back to how nice it was previously
