Delivery driver dropped the food all over the floor outside and just pushed the pizza back into the box with his bare hands. There was a burst garlic sauce all over the contents of the bag. Ordered a kids meal of 6 onion rings, chips and drink however the chips and drink were missing, called about it all and it took ages to explain 100 times exactly what had happened, they all seemed to be arguing about it and passed me to someone else to explain. They eventually said they would send another pizza and that they don’t give chips and drink with kids meals anymore even though it still shows online they don’t offer it. So menu online in kids section is 6 onion rings for £4 however in the starters section it’s 10 onion rings for £4 as the kids meals don’t come with chips or drink anymore. Awful experience! Defo avoid in future

Im not impressed at all. I paid for a shish kebab and a Donner wrap with 2 extra sauces to be delivered. They never arrived and I went hungry as im in a hotel. I will be on the phone tomorrow to complain as they closed at 10pm and wouldn't answer the phone.
