Order got accepted and the shop was closed when went to collect not on when you have a 6 month old baby ready for bed and made you trek for miles and they accepted the order for after 9 collection not on like at all we were starving and bairn was dragged out for nothing not acceptable

Ordered 7pm for estimated 8.19pm delivery, tried to call over 53 times, phone engaged, food arrived at 11pm asked for refund delivery driver phoned shop, told to go on feedmeonline to request refund, nowhere on website can you do this £18.59 now out of pocket

Delivery took too long. Estimated delivery was 7.34. Hadnt arrived by 7.45, i rang the shop and they told me should be there in minutes. Didnt even ask my address. Ten minutes later and the food arrived, not very hot

They have changed the chicken kebab it was very salty and covered in yellow sauce ! It's normal a dry grilled chicken.
