Ordered a pizza from this place by mistake with the place being 220 miles from where I am and when calling up to request a cancellation and refund they stated that there was nothing they could do because the app on there side has no way to cancel an order and instead of trying to work through a solution with me they said I was wasting their time and hung up on me then put down that the order was collected and completed on their side I would highly recommend not ordering from this place until a fully functional payment refund and cancellation system was in place

I don’t understand how you can have a takeaway one day and it be lovely and then a week later the quality is terrible. For a start the coke was meant to be 1.5L and it was a small 1L bottle which are £1.90 in the shops. Burger bun was rock hard and the cheese was white. Salad was brown and the coleslaw tasted off. Garlic bread with cheese had little to no cheese on. I could go on but I’ll save myself. Won’t be rushing back at all. Disappointing

Jacket potato was rock solid and raw, the doner meat was very greasy and sat in a pool of oil, pizza was more crust than any thing else, only good but was the can of coke.

Arrived 1 hour late. Came and order was wrong. Person on phone tried to tell me that’s was the new offer if that was the case change the online menu. No drinks like it said on the menu. Parmo was freezing and rock hard couldn’t even eat it. Never again

Didn't receive some of the order and got a margarita pizza instead of the pepperoni that was ordered. Received order items that wasn't sent 1st time, the pizza was warmer 2nd time around but still got a margarita instead of pepperoni.
