I have given 4 stars for the quality such as taste and presentation. However, I was charged an extra .80 pence on top of delivery fee of £2 without a reason so I thought short distance to my home was a bit dear. I do recommend their pizzas.

We always without exception order from pronto pizza and the food is excellent but the service tonight was not. I had to call 15 minutes after it was supposed to have been deliver and was told they were just on their way. On arrival and opening up our pizza, garlic bread and chips to find it was all barely warm. Taste wise it was OK just not the usual hot temperature which so disappointing.

We always use Pizza Pronto for many reasons and have NEVER had reason to complain… until now. Food was ordered at 7:35, estimated time of delivery 8:20. By 8:35 food still hadn’t arrived so I called them and was told he’ll be with you any second; no apology. Wrong. Food arrived at 8:50. Again there was no apology for the lateness of our delivery and on unwrapping our food we found it was LUKEWARM, and my chips were soggy from salad juice —it seemed like the container with my kebab in had been tipped. Can’t reheat a kebab much because the meat would turn rubbery so no, I didn’t enjoy my half-warm kebab. My husbands pizza was also barely lukewarm. I hope this was a one-off because we are very disappointed with our order tonight, and it was not at all enjoyable.

I'm having to leave a review on a previous order only because the food we got tonight I called instead of ordering online! I've never had a bad takeaway from pronto ever , speedy service, lovely staff, great value for money and most importantly really tasty food. Tonight we had 2 large meat feast folded pizzas and I have to say it was the best we have tasted! And my daughter always gets a cheeseburger with cheesy chips and it's the only takeaway she actually finishes her food! I also need to compliment the delivery drivers as again they are super friendly and no matter how busy they are they always have a smile on their face! So thank you pronto and you are definitely our number 1 takeaway :)
