Every time I order food from burger Jim's its always lovely very nice and excellent quality food and always deliverd on time its my 1st choice when I fancy a takeaway my last order was about 25 - 30 mins earlier than the estimated time very quick highly recommended

I always use burger Jim as it’s normally really good food is always fresh and hot. The last delivery we had was quite disappointing as I always write a note to leave the chips plain no seasoning but mixed in with them on this delivery were lots of curly fries all covered in the spicy mix which I don’t like so this ruined the meal Really . Such a shame really because I will have to rethink ever ordering from here again

Took 1hr 30 for a tray of meat and 2 chips. 30 mins longer than stated. Meat was like warm\t chips were cold and doused in chip spice making them way too salty and the pittas were cold so broke up all over. Usually excellent food so will just call this a one off (hopefully)

Really sorry but the chips were very soggy floooy wet and only warm and they were like the bits that are the crabs of the bag They werenâ??t crunchy or tasty we were upset about that because we love burger Jimâ??s chips so it spoiled the meal and the lamb was very peppery for some unknown reason in our family meal kebab deal and the pittas were very dry . Disappointing meal last night sorry .

Usually i really enjoy the chicken kebabs but this one was swimming in fat and the lettuce that came in a different tub was soggy and pretty much looked like it needed throwing awful!!

Really happy with our service from burger jims 20/07/19 weve recently experience our bread being soggy when it arrive after ordering so we put in a request to have the bread and burger separate and they did just that with no problems\t we really enjoyed our meal tonight and we look forward to ordering from them again soon

I was very dissatisfied at the fact you can only choose one sauce and also at the fact there is a charge of 50p for paying cash I've never experienced anywhere that charges for paying cash so why do you bell ends do it ? \nI will never use this service again till you make a better sauce selection and stop been tight cunts
