Order was wrong. Ordered margarita and got a cheese pizza with pineapple and sweetcorn on. We picked the very odd toppings off and ate it still as couldn’t be bothered to wait another hour

Really don’t complain about food but after seeing a good review online thought I’d give this place a go and wished I hadn’t. Sour tasting food as though it had gone off and rude customer service, tried saying they’d rang me to discuss my complaint before I’d even put it in so not sure how they managed that unless they’re a psychic? Certainly won’t be ordering from here again and should have believed the other negative reviews across food apps and social media posts

Waited 2 hours for food. Lukewarm when arrived. Mediocre taste, definitely not worth it. Rang up to ask where food was to their reply it will be 5-10 minutes, after 1 1/2 hours.

Gills has gone downhill. I waited 2hs for the meal to be delivered and it would have been longer if I had not phoned to find out where my order was. They are over charging for what toppings you get which is roughly 75% less on your pizzas than you use to get. However they do put more cheese on..
