Ordered lamb tikka starter waited on me phoning to say it was chicken they sent to be told they don't do lamb but cost more Asked for BBQ base paid extra charge but only original base sent Customer service isn't priority on their list

disappointing.. have been a loyal customer for a long time but not after tonight. Waited 1 hr 15 for delivery no show.so called yeah we been trying to call you the kebab pakora you ordered we don't sell.i said iv no missed calls you must have changed your number.eh no it's still the same oh am sorry AV called the wrong number what else would you like? A said just a kebab with mayo and onion ok and a can of juice.40 mins later a delivery driver turns up with a small kebeb with chilli sauce no juice saying you need to change your phone number when it's my number on the receipt... strange but will go elsewhere now

Really disappointed in the most recent order. Firstly, took 1 and a half hrs to deliver. Secondly, it had been bagged for so long the bottom fell out the bag some of it was sent in and soaked everything else in the order. Naan bread was soaked and soggy. Thirdly, it was stone cold. The food tasted ok- would probably have been better if delivered whilst still hot. This is the second order where delivery time has been an issue so questioning whether to use again.
