Used this chinese for over a year now and loved it every time. Tonight food was over half an hour late fair enough delivery driver said was busy. Opened food to find crispy shredded chicken really cold and also the chips not fully cooked. Spring rolls were okay. Called up to look for refund or possible redelivery and was told to scrape part of the food out of the bin i had thrown in as put it in bin as wasnt edible then told to microwave it and all her customers do that apparently never been told to do that in my life from a takeaway. She wanted to get the food taken back to takeaway to compare and said would give free prawn crackers on next delivery which u get free with most deliveries anyway. Shambolic from a chinese we use all the time and can see from some previous reviews have had issues before. Lost a loyal customer tonight really poor food but customer service worst part about disgrace.

Salt and chilli chicken was amazing, perking chicken tasted different from before, not as tangy, onion rings are just the best in Glasgow-maybe do salt n chilli ones? Delivery was spot on, driver polite and courteous

Absolutely amazing food, hot, fresh and super tasty. Delivered early, very pleasant driver. Really the best Chinese in G51. Tiny complaint is that we didn’t receive the free mini rolls Please, please, please bring back the Thai spicy chicken noodles ????

Really really disappointed , I love the food from here but tonight was a massive let down i binned everything , onion rings where so greasy and soggy soaked right through back , got noodles sent which I don't like instead of rice , salt and chilli chicken was so dry and bland , the food was cold , curry sauce was congealed , chips and cheese was so so bad and stuck together . £40 worth of food straight in bin. You've lost a good customer

We order here a lot and this last order was disappointing to say the least. It took well over the expected delivery time and the food was cold. We ordered fried rice and got boiled, curry with no onions that had them. Think there may have been a change of chef as the food is nowhere near as good or tasty as it used to be. We won’t be ordering again.
