Online delivery order took 1hr 50mins from ordering to delivery. Called after 1hr 20mins to be told it would be at least another 20mins. Simply unacceptable on a Monday night. Will look elsewhere is ordering a Chinese delivery in future. Really disappointed in Ruby’s !
