Paragon cancelled our order never told us it was cancelled sat over an hour waiting only found out it was cancelled by calling the shop and to top it all off they took the payment from our bank . We used paragon a lot but won't be using again

I drive all the way from wetherby for this takeaway\t the app makes it particularly easy as I can order leaving work as its usually late. The kebab meat is lovely and the wife has a taste for the Biryani dishes\t fmane grilled burgers always fresh and hot! Although everytime I order an extra chilli sauce wanting a total of 2\t they always give me one yogurt and one chilli?? And cannot for the life of me understand why?!? And a 13 mile round trip is hard to rectify this mistake everytime!
