An hour and half to come , I rang them and they said it was on way , but think it had been sat on top and they had forgotten about it as arrived 15mins later , the chips were inedible, cold and wet liked they had been in bag ages , the ones on the burger were solid like they had been reheated a few times and.cold . Even though I had paid for extra mushrooms on pizza it came without . And I put a note on order saying donner kebab not to come with salad and it came with salad all over the top Everything was cold and had to be reheated , would not order again

Chips were not cooked and paid for chilli sauce and they sent garlic mayo which my kids don’t like so it all got wasted as couldn’t get in touch with anyone over the phone.

Iam not using the app to order anymore on the Facebook it said buy 1 burger get the second one half price in my order I got 2 burgers pay by credit card and was charged full price when complained they said they wanted to help and told me I should have rang the ordering in and inform them in the little box that I should have got it half price I told him to forget it and in the future I will ring them and pay by cash

Wasn’t impressed with the service or quality of product. The order turned up 30 minutes later than what had been quoted. When I received the order it was cold and the portion size for the price was shocking. Won’t be retuning
