Delivery driver extremely rude. Upon delivering the food he complained about my street and the parking down there. He kept on ranting until I shut the door. Never had that from a delivery driver before, very rude. Food was okay but won’t be returning. This was my first order and last order from here

Food was good but items were missing from the order when collected. Rang up shop and asked for the items to be delivered and was told there would be a delivery charge even though it was the shop’s fault which is why, after always giving 5 stars, I’ve only given 4 this time.

We ordered a ‘BBQ Pizza’ which stars online it has a BBQ base but instead we received tomato on the base and bbq sauce on the top and we are not keen on this pizza. We didn’t called to complain at the time we received the food as we didn’t want the delivery driver to have to come back

Order was accepted at 16.59, was delivered cold at 18.53. The take away told me it was on its way when I rang at 18.25 to ask where my food was. When I rang back at 18.50 to ask how much longer it would be (I was nearly 2 hours between order and delivery) they said that there was no way my delivery had taken nearly 2 hours and then hung up. I am a regular customer but I will be using a different takeaway in future. Really let down.

Placed an order to which the restaurant had accepted, waited 2 hours for my food. I decided to ring up at this point because 2 hours is a joke. After taking my money the takeaway informs me that they do not deliver to my postcode, the boss man tells me he has cancelled the order on the app but my app is saying he has delivered the food. Guess it’s just a waiting game to see if my refund returns.
