Food took nearly 2 hours to come and when rang to ask if was due to be delivered, was quite rude on the phone. Food wasn't the usual standard and some of it was cold and soggy!

I am very disappointed with the service provided. I placed an order for delivery at 7:30pm, but by 9:00pm it had still not arrived. Upon calling to follow up, I was informed it would take a further 25 minutes, despite the restaurant being only a short 4-minute drive away. This reflects poorly on both your delivery efficiency and communication with customers.

Absolutely delicious as always, the best chicken in Hull by far. Delivered quickly and food piping hot. The special offers are a bargain. Forget KFC go to Chicken George.
