food had taken 1 hour and 45 mins to arrive! We tried ringing Rockfords after an hour, for 20 mins and had no answer then when the food did arrive after they closed at 10pm the food was cold and said they had run out of chips when it arrived after the closing time! Will never order again!!

Waited nearly 2 hours for the food, which shouldn’t be a problem on a Wednesday evening. We live round the corner (max 5 min drive) and asked where our order was, she told us is was on the way. 30 mins later there was still nothing. We rang back and they said they were still waiting for a driver (so they lied before). They are clearly too understaffed, save yourself the stress of ordering from here because you will be too ravenous by the time it arrives.
